Crochet Projects - From Instagram
First step to catalogue my crochet projects is to grab everything from Instagram. These projects took place in late 2019 through mid 2020.
In October and November 2019 I made a couple shawls for myself.
On the hanger is a V stitch triangle shawl. I used the Zinna Flower shawl pattern from Fiber Flux. I added a button in both corners, I prefer to wear triangle shawls secured with a button so I don't have to worry about them shifting and slipping throughout the day. The yarn is Yarn Bee's Dazzling in the colorway Berry Bliss. Very simple to make, here is a link to the written pattern and the video tutorial.

Laid out on the table is a rectangle shawl with a button closure. I used the Copper Skies Button Wrap pattern from Fiber Flux. The yarn is Red Heart's Hygge yarn in the colorway Plum Candy. This yarn was so nice to work with, it's super soft. Here are links to the written pattern and the video tutorial.
For Christmas of 2019 I made cozies for these cute soup crocks that were gifts for my husband's coworkers. It took some experimenting but once I figured them out they were quick to make up and are super cute. I used cotton yard for these.
Also for Christmas, my mom requested some dish cloths as part of gifts for two of my nieces. Below is a picture of the second set I made. I absolutely love making dish cloths, I think they will always be my favorite item to crochet.
Not a crochet project but yarn related is this gift from my husband for Christmas 2019, a yarn cake winder. I absolutely LOVE this thing! Our grandson loves making yarn cakes too. 😁
Moving into 2020 I did a couple odd ball projects in the winter. First I had this orange polka dot fleece sitting in my craft stash for a couple years always intending to make a blanket and I decided it was time. I used cream for the back and did a braided look edge rather than tie edges.
I also made a set of pot holders for a coworker.
And finally in the spring of 2020 I started making granny square baby blankets. I had been gifted a lot of baby color yarn by a coworker who's grandma passed away and left a lot of yarn. I made these baby blankets and donated them to a pro-life women's clinic in my community.
And that's all. Not bad for a year's time!
